Or do you work for an organisation that runs a lot of projects and are responsible for the timeliness, budget and outcomes and the communication with the team is just not working, making you feel like an outsider and your ideas are not heard – almost like a freelancer within a bigger company?
How could we improve communication, find common language, bring together wishes and reality?
