Event Category:

Participants will be provided with practical advice and examples of how to create an accessible and inclusive environment for their attraction or facility. We will explore how improved accessibility can expand the customer base, add to the guest experience, attract diverse talent, enhance brand reputation and increase customer loyalty. Additionally, participants will learn about the benefits associated with proactive accessibility measures and what practical approaches they can implement to start or add to the accessible and inclusive journey. By the end of the presentation, participants will be able to assess the business and guest benefits of accessibility and inclusion and what steps they can take to implement change.
