Veronica is a geology graduate specialising in environmental protection, with experience in Spain and Central America. She is a member of Travindy Spain – a multidisciplinary organisation focused on communicating responsible tourism worldwide – and, for the last five years, has been leading a business project of heritage interpretation focused on sustainable tourism, environment and rural development. She has also worked on a project that used heritage interpretation and sustainable tourism to achieve women’s empowerment in rural areas and, as a geologist, has promoted the enhancement of Spain’s geological heritage.
