Philippe joined IE in 2016 and became a Certified Interpretive Guide (CIG), capitalising on a wealth of experience both in France and far-flung destinations that gave him a rich, multi-layered and inspired, yet relaxed, approach to the guided visits he organised more lately in his region of Saintonge, in Western France. His kind smile and gentle sense of humour accompanied by his remarkable singing abilities made him a highly creative and engaging person to discover heritage and culture with.
