Chantal is a warranted psychologist specialising in the field of forensics. She has extended this role to focus on the application of organisational psychology to include designing training material as well as delivering training programmes. She holds the position of Management Skills Trainer and Training Organiser at AMC, where they are now expanding into Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for the Tourism and Culture Industries as there is a market for interpretation and heritage management training in both the private and public sector.
