Horizon 2020 has been the biggest-ever EU research and innovation funding programme with nearly €80 billion available since 2014. It comes to a close next year and there are currently several open calls in one of the last funding rounds.

There are three new project calls under the work programme entitled ‘Europe in a changing world – Inclusive, innovative and reflective societies’ and these cover several areas of culture, European museums, heritage sites and cultural tourism.

Europe’s cultural heritage sites and many more historical documents, monuments and historic buildings are in danger due to the increasing occurrence of disasters. Apart from losing our heritage, the culture and creative sectors, and related industries such as tourism and hospitality, rely heavily on the appeal and conservation of cultural heritage sites, documents and monuments.

Why not take a look at the below listed calls to see if one of your projects could fit the scope and criteria, or create partnership with other IE colleagues to apply for any of them?
