Evaluation of interpretive services is a part of the planning and implementation of interpretive projects. It gives us insights into the quality and effectiveness of our ideas, drafts, mock-ups, and final services. Evaluation is easier to conduct when we measure what people have learned in the interpretation process, however, learning – or the mental sphere – is only one component of the whole experience. Other components are equally or even more important.
At this webinar session, we will explore the notion of the holistic experience, what this all encompasses, and brainstorm about convenient methods and techniques for evaluating such complex intangible outcomes.
